Confidentiality and Customer Personal Data

NC / DILIVER is a Trade Mark owned by NEXGEN CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as NC / DILIVER / NEXGEN CORPORATION)

NC shall not share any confidential and personal data collected by the website unless mentioned in the Terms and conditions.

The customer agrees and undertakes that all the Confidential or personal Information will remain the sole property of NC and shall be shared with delivery partners and with relevant third parties only within of the scope of the Agreement and only to the extent necessary.

NC shall collect and store information pertaining to prior orders, quantities of products in order to assist the customers who are revisiting the website or the mobile application in choosing the relevant products. NC shall also suggest related products based on the liking of the customers based on their earlier orders. Such information is required to assist the Company to offer discounts, promotional offers based on such purchases.

The customers agree and acknowledge in very rare instances, security protocols could fail, causing a breach of privacy of personal information. NC shall take utmost care towards protecting the customer’s confidential and sensitive information from reaching the hands of unscrupulous third parties.

In the unfortunate event of any content of the Company’s digital platform store is defamatory, obscene, pornographic illegal or blasphemous, racist or harassing, kindly notify us immediately and we shall take reasonable endeavors to take down the objectionable content within a reasonable time.

Intellectual Property

Please note that using NC’s Services does not give the customers ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the contents customer accesses. The customers may not use content or any other information from the website / Mobile Application / Platform. These terms do not grant the customers the right to use any branding or logos used in NC’s Services. The customers are not permitted to remove, obscure, or alter any contents / information displayed in or along with the Company’s Services. The contents of the website / Mobile Application / Platform and all other intellectual properties used in the website / Mobile Application / Platform are owned by NC.

The trademarks and all other intellectual properties apart from the products mentioned by the concerned merchants belong to NC. By allowing access to customers or any third party does not convey any ownership rights of the website. The customers shall not copy, modify, translate, distribute, reproduce or reverse engineer any content of the website / Mobile Application / Platform.

The customer understands that few images were purchased by NC for use in the App from third party service providers by paid subscriptions from them. In the event of any copyright violations, they can email NC at support@nexgencorp.in to rectify the same.
