Return Refund And Cancellation Policy
NC is a Trademark owned by Nexgen Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NC / DILIVER / NEXGEN CORPORATION)
The customer can cancel the orders placed by them before NC accepts the order. After the Order has been accepted by NC, the customer cannot cancel the order, but can reach out to customer care and request for the order cancellation. The customer service may take a call based on the type of products and order status.
In case of initiating a refund, the customer shall initiate the process for return or refund of the products in accordance with the policy laid down in respect of refunds and returns.
In case the product has been returned by the end consumer due to any discrepancies within the orders placed by the customers, NC shall take appropriate steps and initiate fresh delivery of the products or shall refund the amount whichever mode is preferred by the customer.
Discrepancies in the deliverables should be made within 4 hours of completion of delivery. Any request for refunds or returns shall be accompanied by photographs, where necessary and sufficiently providing reasons for the same.
No refund or return shall be entertained by NC in respect of the deliveries made perfectly, in the event that the customer changes his mind. Once the order is fulfilled based on the requests placed by the customer, no refund or returns shall be permitted.
For the convenience of the customers, NC has an option for NC wallet where all the discrepancy refunds / charges will be refunded / charged back to the NC wallet which can be used against the future purchases. The wallet money cannot be cashed by the customer / cannot transfer to their bank accounts. For complete order cancellation, the refund amount will go back to the original payment method which will reflect in the bank account as per the bank timelines. The negative wallet balance due to the minor discrepancies in the grammages will be added to the customer’s next order.
Warranty and liabilities
The customer agrees and undertakes that the website / Mobile Application / Platform does not provide any warranty implied or otherwise, and the products are available for their purchase on an availability basis. NC also disclaims any liability in respect of misuse, loss, modification, or unavailability of any user content. The customer understands and agrees that any data downloaded/ obtained through the website / Mobile Application / Platform, is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.
We will initiate the refund within a day, but the amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method as per bank timelines. It might take 3-5 working days.
