Shipping And Delivery Policy

NC is a Trademark owned by Nexgen Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NC / DILIVER / NEXGEN CORPORATION)
Delivery of products:
NC states that the products/services are specified on the App/website only in Indian Rupees (INR).
An order for delivery of products shall be placed once payment is made by the customer either through digital modes of payment or on choosing cash on delivery. The delivery Partners shall not deliver the products without completion of payment.
For the convenience of the customers, NC has an option for NC wallet, in which the customers may transfer some amount to their account’s wallet before payment is made. This ensures ease in deduction of the amount to be made on the Order. NC also provides promotional codes and gift cards at the time of check out for redemption at their discretion.
NC retains all rights to terminate the promotions and promocodes at any point in time.
NC shall strive to provide the goods at the desired time slot mentioned by the customers during check out. However, the delivery depends on the availability of the products required and the delivery partners. The customers agree to share their location to enable the delivery partners to identify the addresses for quick and smooth delivery of the products.
While most deliveries shall be undertaken by third party delivery agents, on occasions warranting urgent deliveries or non-availability of the delivery partners, in - store delivery team may undertake to deliver the products.
The products placed for delivery by the customers is likely to be stored in the warehouse and belongs to the House of NC. However, in the event of unavailability of the desired products, NC shall provide for delivery by third party vendors or source the same from nearby stores.
The customers understand that while NC strives to provide the exact specifications of the products requested by the customers, on occasions, the weight of fresh produce may not be as accurate and the charges shall be on a pro rata basis. In the event of a balance amount to be refunded by the Company, it shall be returned to the customer’s NC wallet and shall be redeemed only as a store credit. The customers can use the wallet amount for their next purchase through NC.
The amount credited to the wallet cannot be transferred back to the original source of the customer.
In the event of additional cost to be paid by the customers, they can choose to pay any excess amount vide cash on delivery or other digital modes of payment.
The customers understand that the images in the App used for a product is for representational purposes only and the real product may vary in looks and color depending on availability.
The customer understands that the delivery is handled by third party delivery partners and in case of any disputes relating to the delivery of the products, NC shall handle it with the service providers.
NC retains all the rights to change the delivery charges at any point of time.
The customer understands that the payment is made using payment gateways and any failed transactions shall be resolved only as per the respective banks’ timelines and NC shall strive to follow up with the bank and resolve the same at the earliest.
Reviews and Feedback
The customers can provide reviews and feedback based on the products received, the quality or quantity compliances only for the products purchased by them through NC. NC shall pass on the reviews to the Product Compliance team/Quality testing department depending on the nature of the review. In the event of any complaints received for delivery services, NC shall accordingly notify the third-party Delivery teams and ensure such complaints do not get repeated.
The reviews and feedback received by the customers shall assist the Company in market research surveys and to procure more of such vendor’s products or allied products from them.
Customers shall not use filthy language or obscene pictures while leaving feedback and review on orders placed by them on the app.
We operate on a slot delivery model with a 2-hour slot system. Any slot will be closed for ordering 10 minutes prior to slot start time. Slots will be operated from 8 am till 10 pm.
